Looking to return an item? We ask that you contact us first with your issue so that we have every opportunity to make things right. 

Returns will be granted on a case-by-case basis and refunds issued in the form of an electronic gift card if an exchange is unacceptable. 

Candles are hand-poured so no two are alike; dough bowls are hand carved and as such are going to have imperfections in the wood and will not appear factory made.
